How do I download the new application?
Search Praxedo on the app store and download "Praxedo 2023". You'll see a new logo.

Is it possible to have only some of my field resources test the new application?
Yes, you can select some of your field resources to be the only ones to use Praxedo 2023. However, these field resources will have to login with a personal password.

Can I go back to using the old Praxedo if I don't like the Praxedo 2023 version?
Yes, you can stop testing with the new application if it isn’t currently meeting your needs. You will simply just uninstall Praxedo 2023 and re-download the old version. However, please note, that the old version will be decommissioned in 2024.

Please note: functional upgrades and maintenance of the old mobile application will be completed by the end of 2024.
